This policy explains how Solutions Black, a sole proprietorship operating the Black Trading brand (NEQ 2282617309, Mirabel, Quebec), collects, uses and protects your personal information, in accordance with Quebec's Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector. The French version is the reference version.

Information we collect
For now, the site has no forms and uses no tracking or advertising cookies. We only collect:
- Your email address and name, if you email us (for example, to be notified when the robot launches);
- technical data (IP address, browser type, pages viewed), processed automatically by our providers to display and secure the site.
Why we use it
- To reply to you and, if you asked, to notify you when our products launch;
- to keep the site working and secure.
We never sell or rent your personal information.
Consent
By emailing us to be notified of the launch, you consent to us keeping your email address for that purpose. You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing us, and your address will be deleted.
Providers and transfers outside Quebec
To operate the site, we use providers that may process information outside Quebec:
- Cloudflare: website hosting and receipt of emails sent to our address;
- Google: website fonts (Google Fonts) and email service (Gmail).
These providers only use your information to deliver their services to us, under their own privacy policies.
Retention
We keep your email address until the announced launch, or until you ask us to delete it. Communications related to a purchase are kept as long as our tax obligations require.
Your rights
You may at any time request access to your personal information, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or withdraw your consent, by writing to contact@solutionsblacktrading.com. We reply within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec.
Confidentiality incidents
If an incident presents a risk of serious injury, we will notify you and the Commission d'accès à l'information, as required by law.

This policy will be updated when we add new services (newsletter, online store). The update date appears at the top of this page.
